My weightless confessional Day 10-13

Sorry I’m so behind on this all..

Not gonna lie, I’ve had up and down days.

I do well, then I won’t. Then I will then I won’t.

I know deep down in my heart that I do need to do this, I’m just having a hard time staying motivated is all.

Today, I wrote myself a new workout schedule and I have a weight chart with achievable goals.

I’m hoping that these two things will help.

However, I did eat good today and enjoyed it.

I will do this.
