Weight loss vs mental health day seven.

One week in!

Sorry for being a day late, I feel asleep early last night.

I’m down about 5 pounds. I can’t complain. That’s about 10 more before the end of the month is over. It really seems like a stretch, but I hope I can do to.

A 15 pound loss will put me at 199 pounds. Which is a good start. I’d like to get back to 175 pounds. For now. Then eventually my ultimate goal is 160lbs.

That’ll be at least a year or longer.

Anyway.. at this point I’m just trying to get a quick 20-25 pounds off.

I’m just tired of feeling the way I do, looking the way I do and just constantly bringing myself down.

Yeah, I’m still eating things I shouldn’t be. Yes, I know I need to cool it.

I’ve been doing much better with getting the healthier options in to my diet.

I’m proud of myself for that.

Here’s to getting the next 10 off before August!
